When you submit the contact or home-value form we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. Standard server logs record IP addresses and pages viewed. This site does not sell personal information.

How it is used

Form submissions are delivered to Scott Cheng by email so he can reply to your request. Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If you consent to calls or texts on the form, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by emailing scott@scottchengteam.com.

Third-party services

Listings link to RealScout, a third-party home-search platform with its own privacy policy. Embedded videos are served by YouTube.
